Erratum to: Biotechnol Lett DOI 10.1007/s10529-011-0714-5
Unfortunately, the sentence “PCR was as follows: 1 cycle 94°C for 3 min, followed by 35 cycles of 1 min at 94°C, 1 min at the primer annealing temperature and 1 min at 72°C. A final extension was applied for 7 min at 72°C.” in the Materials and methods section has been misrepresented.
The correct sentence is:
“PCR was as follows: 1 cycle 94°C for 2 min, followed by 45 cycles of 15 s at 94°C, 15 s at 53°C and 30 s at 72°C. A final extension was applied for 3 min at 72°C.”
