Reduction of Radiation Load in Digital X-Ray Diagnosis

The problems of reduction of the transmission coefficient and the aluminum equivalent of objects installed between the patient and the X-ray detector are discussed. Possible approaches to reduction of X-ray dose in digital X-ray diagnosis are suggested.
