Subcutaneous nodules in Henoch-Schönlein purpura

Abstract 

A 6.5-year-old boy with active Henoch-Schönlein purpura developed subcutaneous nodules (SCN), a vasculitic manifestation previously unreported in children with this disease. The authors suggest that pressure played a role in the pathogenesis of the SCN.
