Zusammenfassung
Im Jahr 1921 wurde die Schuhwerkstatt Strolz in Lech am Arlberg gegründet. In den 1950er-Jahren folgte ein Sport- und Modegeschäft. Mittlerweile gehören zum Unternehmen das Sport- und Modehaus in Lech, ein Sporthaus in Zürs sowie 6 Verleih- und Servicestandorte in Lech, Zürs und Stuben. Strolz beschäftigt an allen Standorten insgesamt rund 150 Mitarbeiter. Längst zu Berühmtheit gelangt ist der Strolz-Skischuh, der nunmehr in 3. Generation immer noch nahezu zu 100 % von Hand gefertigt wird.
Abstract
In 1921, the Strolz shoemaker’s workshop was founded in Lech am Arlberg. A sports and fashion boutique followed in the 1950s. Today, the company owns the sports and fashion store in Lech, a sports outfitters in Zürs, and six rental and service locations in Lech, Zürs, and Stuben. Strolz has a total of around 150 employees at the various sites. The renowned Strolz ski boot is now in its third generation and is still made almost 100% by hand.
