Zusammenfassung

Eine Vielzahl lokaler Formen der Chemo- bzw. Immuntherapie wird in der Dermatologie zur Behandlung von Hautkrebs angewendet. Speziell für die verschiedenen Formen des nichtmelanozytären Hautkrebses (NMSC) in Form flächenhafter, sog. „Krebsfelder“ („field cancerization“) sind topische Therapien besonders hilfreich. Es obliegt dem Dermatologen, die adäquaten Patienten und NMSC-Läsionen den entsprechend geeigneten Therapien zuzuführen.

Abstract

Many forms of topical chemo- and immunotherapy are employed to treat skin cancers. Topical treatment is particularly attractive for field cancerization involving multiple non-melanoma skin cancers. The dermatologist must identify such patients and lesions and provide the most suited therapy.
