Primary gastric non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma: 13 years’ experience

Conclusions

MALToma patients, HP+ve, require eradication and endoscopic follow up. Not all gastric lymphomas require surgery, and surgery should be reserved for patients not responding to chemotherapy, with complications of treatment or diagnostic dilemma.
