Tumore der Canaliculi lacrimales

Zusammenfassung

Tumoren im Bereich der Tränengruppe sind insgesamt selten. Häufiger handelt es sich um die Fortleitung primärer Geschwülste des Lidapparates, z. B. Naevuszellnaevi und Basaliome, seltener um primäre Geschwülste des Canaliculusgewebes, z. B. Papillome. Erstes Behandlungsziel muß die Tumorsanierung sein. In Einzelfällen ist auch eine partielle oder vollständige Erhaltung der Tränenpumpe angezeigt. In den letzten 8 Jahren konnten wir diese Behandlung 84 Patienten unter Erhalt der Tränenpumpen-funktion zu Gute kommen lassen. Seit 1987 behandelten wir 35 Fälle von Basaliomen, 27 Fälle von papillomatösen Geschwülsten, 12 Fälle von Naevuszellnaevi, 6 cystische Veränderungen, 3 Granulome und 1 Fall von Xeroderma pigmentosum mit Wachstum eines Plattenepithelcarcinoms.

Summary

Tumors of the canaliculi lacrimales are rare. More often we find a secondary involvement of primary tumors of the eyelid, e.g. naevuscellnaevi and basalcellcarcinoma, rarely of primary tumors, e.g. papilloma. Goal of the surgical treatment must be the complete tumorresection and maintenance of the lacrimal pump function. During the last 8 years we treated 84 patients maintaining their lacrimal pump function (35 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 27 cases of papilloma, 12 cases of naevuscellnaevi, 6 cases cystoid leasons, 3 cases of granuloma and 1 case of xeroderma pigmentosum combined with a squamous cell carcinoma).
