Zusammenfassung

Diskussion nativröntgenologischer und pulmonalangiographischer Untersuchungen im Rahmen experimenteller Lungentransplantationen bei immunsuppressiv behandelten und unbehandelten Tieren sowie nach hyperakuter Transplantatabstoßung.

Gute Möglichkeit der Bestimmung des Abstoßungsgrades eines Transplantates an Hand nativröntgenologischer Kriterien und der Beseitigung differentialdiagnostischer Schwierigkeiten durch gezielten Einsatz der Pulmonalisangiographie.

Summary

Discussion of plain chest roentgenography and pulmonary angiography in graft rejection after experimental lung transplantation. Animals treated by immunosuppression and untreated animals and also animals showing peracute rejection are compared.

Plain chest roentgenography permits to recognize the range of rejection and pulmonary angiography helps to clear difficulties in differential diagnoses.
