Mammasonographie-Screening nach radikalen und brusterhaltenden Operationen

Zusammenfassung

Zwischen Januar 1987 und Dezember 1991 wurden insgesamt 98 Mammakarzinomrezidive bzw. Lymphknotenmetastasen diagnostiziert. 12 von 55 Lokalrezidiven nach brusterhaltender Operation (22%), 7 von 26 Lokalrezidiven nach Ablatio mammae (27%) und 4 von 17 Lymphknotenmetastasen wurden ausschließlich durch das Mammasonographie-Screening richtig erkannt. Das Mammographie-Screening nach brusterhaltender Operation diagnostizierte zusätzlich in weiteren 5 Fälle (9%) Lokalrezidive, die weder klinisch noch sonographisch auffällig were. Falsch positive Diagnosen nach brusterhaltender Operation wurden sonographisch in 19% (10/52) und mammographisch in 47% (14/30) gestellt.
