Urokinase treatment of forearm ischemia complicating supracondylar fracture of the humerus in three children

Abstract

We describe the use of transfemoral-brachial arteriography and subsequent intra-arterial urokinase thrombolysis for the treatment of brachial artery thrombosis associated with supracondylar fracture of the humerus in three children.
