Abstract
The cases of 3 patients with giant intestinal pseudopolyposis are presented. Giant pseudopolyposis complicated chronic ulcerative colitis in 2 patients and granulomatous colitis in 1 patient. Each patient was evaluated with either barium or Gastrografm enema as well as with computed tomography (CT) after administration of oral contrast material. The unique manifestations of this unusual lesion as demonstrated by computed tomography are described.
