Zusammenfassung
Placenten wurden nach der Methode vonFriesen extrahiert. Die Extrakte wurden im Tierversuch auf eine Förderung des Wachstums weißer Ratten untersucht. Es gelang nicht, eine derartige Wirkung gegenüber den Kontrollen statistisch zu sichern. Die Bildung von Antikörpern gegen die Ausgangssubstanzen wurde nachgewiesen. Die Ergebnisse wurden kurz diskutiert.
Summary
Placentas were extracted according to the method ofFriesen. The extracts were tested in a bioassay for promoting the growth of albino-rats. It was not possible to secure such an effect statistically against controls. The production of antibodies contrary to the starting substances was confirmed. The results are discussed.
