Summary

During our routine dissection studies we encountered an anomalous digastric muscle with three accessory bellies and one fibrous band in one embedded cadaver. All of these structures were attached to the mylohyoid raphe. This anomaly should be considered during surgical procedures involving this region.

Résumé

A l'occasion de nos séances de dissection, nous avons rencontré un muscle digastrique anormal comportant trois ventres accessoires et une bandelette fibreuse chez un cadavre embaumé. Toutes ses structures étaient fixées au raphe mylohyoïdien. Il faut tenir compte de ce type de variation lors d'interventions chirurgicales intéressant la région.
