Death thoughts in hysteria, antisocial personality, and anxiety neurosis

Abstract

A study of death thoughts in primary affective disorder, hysteria, antisocial personality, and anxiety neurosis demonstrated an inverse frequency to seriousness relationship for death thoughts in each diagnostic group. Hysterics reported more less serious death thoughts than did patients with antisocial personality or primary affective disorder.
