Decreased toxicity of phalloidin in partially hepatectomized rats

Summary

Toxicity of the mushroom cyclopeptide phalloidin decreases after partial hepatectomy. Nevertheless all morphological signs of intoxication are detectable in livers from dead or surviving animals.
