The relations of microphthalmia and white in the mouse

  • Published:
Journal of Genetics Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

The genes for microphthalmia and for White in the mouse are probably alleles. Their paradoxical dominance relations are discussed. I am indebted to Dr D. R. Charles (Rochester, N.Y., U.S.A.) for the gift of the Miwh mice. The work was carried out while I was in receipt of grants from the Medical Research Council and from the Rockefeller Foundation which are gratefully acknowledged.
