Global existence theory for the two-dimensional derivative Ginzburg-Landau equation

Abstract

The generalized derivative Ginzburg-Landau equation in two spatial dimensions is discussed. The existence and uniqueness of global solution arc obtained by Galerkin method and bya priori estimates on the solution inH 1-norm andH 2-norm.
