Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
Salts increase the protective action of native and synthetic poly-electrolytes on the colloidal gold.
-
2.
By poly-ethylen-imine and salt protected goldsols are manyfold more stable than the sols protected by gelatine. The protective value with polyethylenimine increases by salt to the 104 fold.
-
3.
By NaBH4 a highly red goldsol with smaller particles is yielded and its behaviour against ovalbumine, seralbumin and gelatine with and without NaCl is tested and compared withZsigmondy-goldsol.
-
4.
Some synthetic poly-electrolytes were synthetisized and there protective action was tested. These substances increase the stability of goldsol by the 100-fold.
-
5.
Maximal protective action showing poly-electrolytes with medium molecular weight and medium chain-length as was stated with poly-acrylate and polyvinylpyrrolidine.
-
6.
The complete envelopment of the gold particles by the random coil of the polymer organic and anorganic fibre molecules is the stabilising effect. The degree of the random coil and therefore the envelopment and wrapping depending upon the valency of the ions following the lyotropic series. Degree of random coil protective action being narrowly related.
