Zusammenfassung

In Petasites officinalis Moench kommt ein antispastisches Prinzip vor, das qualitativ ähnlich wie Papaverin wirkt. Es dürfte quantitativ bedeutend wirksamer sein als Papaverin und eine günstigere therapeutische Breite haben. Seine chemische Natur ist zur Zelt noch unbekannt.
