Abstract
The vomiting of gallstones is extremely rare. This 65-year-old patient vomited stones on two occasions. A carcinoma of the gallbladder and a spontaneous cholecystoduodenal fistula were found at operation. No intestinal obstruction which might have predisposed to the vomiting of the stones was demonstrated.
