Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Arbeitsmethode beschrieben zur Klärung einer isotonischen Zitratlösung mit 15% Eidotter: 1. Zentrifugieren in einer Ultra-Zentrifuge während einer Stunde bei 150 000 g; 2. Filtrieren durch Membranfilter in aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten.
