Zusammenfassung
Im Hepatopankreas der Krabben sind Fermentsysteme, die eine Wärmeadaptation besitzen. Diese lässt sich mit ähnlichen physiologischen Erscheinungen bei kaltblütigen Vertebraten vergleichen.
