Summary
A production scheduling program with significant changeover costs is considered. This entails the determination of a step production function where the production levels and decision time are unknown. The production scheduling problem is formulated as an optimal control problem and amended to ak-stage discrete control problem. Extensions to multi-products, production scheduling on one machine and uncertain demand are then considered.
Zusammenfassung
Gegenstand dieser Studie ist ein Produktionsplanungsprogramm mit hohen Übergangskosten. Dies beinhaltet die Festlegung der Produktionsfunktion als Stufenfunktion, in der Produktionshöhe und Entscheidungszeitpunkte unbekannte Größen sind. Das Produktionsplanungsproblem wird als ein optimales „control“-Problem formuliert und zu einemk-Stufen diskreten „control“-Problem erweitert. Anwendungen auf einen Produktionsprozeß mit mehreren Produkten und auf eine Produktionsplanung mit einer Maschine bei Ungewisser Nachfrage werden dargelegt.
