Zusammenfassung
Hühnerembryonen wurden am 3. und 8. Inkubationstag mit 6-Hydroxydopamin behandelt. Die histologische Analyse der Retina ergab am 19. Tag eine charakteristische Hemmung der Photorezeptoren (Stäbchen und Zapfen).
