Summary
The noradrenaline, adrenaline and acetylcholine-induced vasoregulatory escape was demonstrated in the vascular bed of intact or skinned and denervated dog's hind limb. Escape effect disappeared or decreased markedly under elevation tissue pressure in the examined hind limb. These data indicate that tissue pressure factor may take part in the mechanism of the escape phenomenon.
