Zusammenfassung

Synchronisierte menschliche Nieren-T-Zellen zeigen eine Mitoseverzögerung, wenn sie in der G1-, S- oder G2-Phase des Zyklus Methylglyoxal oder Kethoxal ausgesetzt werden. Die Mitoseverzögerung wird durch 5mM Cysteamin eliminiert.
