The influence of slight buoyancy in forced convection from a point source

Résumé

On a étudié les mouvements d'un fluide dans un champs gravitationel, dans lequel se déplace, dans une direction quelconque, une source ponctuelle de chaleur. L'analyse est faite en employant les méthodes d'approximation d'Oseen et de Boussinesq. La solution du problème linearisé est obtenue et discutée. On trouve que dans le cas du problème plan d'une source de chaleur linéaire, la solution obtenue est applicable seulement dans un domaine infini.
