Purification of biological samples by HPLC for the simultaneous determination of anabolics by HPTLC

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Reinigungsmethode für biologische Extrakte beschrieben, die mit Anabolica niedriger Konzentration verunreinigt sind. Der Nachweis wird mit HPTLC (Hochleistungs-Dünn-schichtgraphie [1]) bis zu einer Grenze von 0,5-1 ppb durchgeführt.

Summary

A purification procedure is described for biological extracts contaminated with anabolics at low levels. For detection HPTLC [1] is used; the limit of detection is 0.5–1 ppb.
