Conclusions

Under the action of peroxy acids the enamine 2-acetyl-5,5-dimethyl-3-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-2-cyclohexen-1-one and 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione undergo oxidative cleavage.
