1H-NMR determination of ethanol in wine, winelike beverages, and liquors

Summary

It has been demonstrated that a routinely employed quick test for the determination of ethanol in alcoholic beverages may be carried out with an accuracy of ± 3% in the region of 0–80 Vol.-% ethanol content.[/p]

Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, daß eine routinemäßige Schnellbestimmung von Äthanol in alkoholischen Getränken im Bereich von 0–80 Vol.-% Äthanolgehalt mit einer Genauigkeit von ±3% durchführbar ist.
