Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein angeborener maligner Lebertumor beschrieben, der aus verschiedenartigen epithelialen und mesenchymalen Geweben besteht und außerdem ein ganz unreifes Blastem einschließt. Die Geschwulst wird auf Grund ihrer morphologischen Struktur als ein malignes embryonales Teratom definiert.

Summary

The preceding describes a malignant congenital liver tumor consisting of various different types of epithelial and mesenchymal tissues and encompassing an immature blastoma. The tumor is classified as a malignant embryonal teratoma on the basis of its morphology.
