Mass-spectrometric study of condensation reaction of acetophenone diethyl ketal

Conclusions

The condensation products of acetophenone diethyl ketal were studied by mass spectrometry, and it was shown that, together with 1,3,5-triphenylbenzene, a number of secondary products with a cyclic and a linear structure is formed.
