Conclusions
-
1.
It was shown that it is theoretically possible to direct the reaction for the direct synthesis of alkylhalogermanes toward the preferential formation of trialkylhalogermanes.
-
2.
Aluminum and gallium most effectively facilitate the formation of trialkylhalogermanes in the direct synthesis reaction.
-
3.
The optimum conditions were found for the preparation of trimethylgermane, under which conditions its amount in the condensate reaches 85%, with a total yield of 35%.
