Zusammenfassung
Es wurde die Histidindecarboxylase-aktivität verschiedener Gebiete des Zentralnervensystems beim Rind gemessen. Sie wurde dort überall gefunden, war aber am stärksten im Kleinhirn und am schwächsten im Corpus callosum. Sie ließ sich sowohl durch 100 γ/g Morphin und Barbital als durch 50 γ/g Cardiazol hemmen. 53,1–58% der Enzymaktivität fand sich in den Mitochondrien.
