Abstract
Every system was jolted and altered by the arrival of COVID-19. All students and lecturers had to keep practicing physical distancing and social distancing by learning at home. Moreover, learning and teaching must be delivered through media and technology instruction. So, all the classes were carried out internet and using Socmed-learning based. The limitations of online learning are the lack of interaction, engagement, interest in learning, unclear instructions, and the presentation of boring material. Therefore, it takes the preparation of interesting and varied teaching materials online. The purpose of this paper is to examine the benefits of using Youtube, Instagram, and Pinterest (YIPe-learning based) as teaching content. Due to the fact that not all lecturers use Socmed (social media) as content-based teaching materials, This study was conducted quantitatively, followed by qualitatively, i.e., a mixed-method approach, which involved handing out questionnaires to students after they'd used the apps in the classroom. The data was collected from 42 students in Indonesia. The results show that students' questionnaire responses highly accepted YIPe-learning based on their learning outcomes and affected students' learning performance when incorporating media and technology in the middle of the pandemic era. This study shows that combining YIPe as teaching materials is beneficial in teaching digitarian students and the implications were made for enhancing university lecturer pedagogical reform.
