Integration of Chemical Processing on a Microchip

  • Conference paper
Micro Total Analysis Systems 2001

Abstract

The new methodology for integration of chemical processing on a microchip was proposed. We have demonstrated the integration of whole chemical processing necessary for Co(II) wet analysis on a microchip by using the combination of several unit chemical operations, continuous multi-phase flow and newly designed microchips. Our system corresponds to the Integration of about 40 unit operations.
