Abstract
The anodic radical trifluoromethylation on platinum electrode in aqueous acetonitrile of a number of aromatic compounds (CF3C6H4NO2, 1,3-(CF3)2C6H4, CF3C6H4COCH3) containing two electron-withdrawing groups was studied and a new approaches of anodic perfluoroalkoxylation of arenes were proposed.
