Die Dokumentations- und Konfigurationsüberwachung ist ein fester Bestandteil des Projektmanagements. Die Entwicklungsergebnisse und der jeweilige Konfigurationsstatus sind während der Projektphasen von Anfang an durch die Projektleitung zu dokumentieren und zu verfolgen.
