Zusammenfassung

Die Notwendigkeit der Verwendung von Werkzeugen zur Softwareentwicklung ist auch in der Praxis kein strittiges Thema mehr. Der zunehmende Einsatz und die Realisierung von Softwareproduktionsumgebungen wie etwa UNIX oder diverser APSE’s belegen diese Tendenz.

Die Entwicklung von SARS wurde z. T. aus Mitteln des Bundesforschungsministeriums, Projekträger GMD, gefördert und in Kooperation mit SIEMENS Erlangen durchgeführt. Die aktuelle Fortführung des Projekts wird ebenfalls mit Mitteln der GMD und mit Unterstützung der BIOMATIK GmbH, Freiburg, finanziert.
