Zusammenfassung
Die Softwareergonomie ist ein interdisziplinares Feld, welches sich seit Mitte der 80er Jahre mit der weiten Verbreitung interaktiver Systeme im Arbeitsleben als Antwort auf Benutzbarkeitsprobleme entwickelt hat. Sie befasst sich allgemein mit der Gebrauchstauglichkeit (»usability«) interaktiver Software, von Individualsoftware bis zu Groupware. Dabei stehen Produktivität und Benutzergerechtheit gleichermaßen im Vordergrund. Eine Einführung findet man bei Eberleh et al. (1994).
