Abstract
The optimization of the airport gates assignment problem aims to improve the efficiency of gates allocation as well as the satisfaction degree of passengers. In this paper, an SWO algorithm combined with Tabu Search strategy was proposed to optimize the allocation of airport gates. Experimental results show that the improved SWO approach is more efficient than the conventional SWO approach.
