Zusammenfassung

Der Urlaub soll die aus der Isolierung in der JVA entstehenden Gefahren für die Lebenstüchtigkeit des Gefangenen mindern, der Aufrechterhaltung bzw. Herstellung von sozialen Kontakten dienen und die Möglichkeit der Erprobung unter Bedingungen des Lebens in Freiheit schaffen.
