Abstract

Designed the continuous two expose method and fabricated the nonlinear grating in the laboratory, in view of the structure characteristics of spatial frequency for nonlinear grating. The diffraction images of reflected light and the transmitted light were observed and recorded. To analyze the optical characteristic and nonlinear effect in the different region of nonlinear grating. The result of the present work implied that the technical design nonlinear grating with holographic grating photography is simple, reproducible and practical method.
