Zusammenfassung
Methoden der Klinischen Neurophysiologle, wie die Elektroenzephalographie (EEG), Elektromyographle/ Elektroneurographle (EMG/ENG) und die Ableitung der evozierten Potentiale (EP) (◘ Abb. 12.1), ermöglichen die Beurteilung des Funktionszustandes des zentralen und perlpheren Nervensystems sowie der Muskulatur. Dabei werden bioelektrische Potentiale messtechnisch erfasst, verstärkt, gespeichert, analysiert und bewertet. Die für die Funktionsdiagnostik des Nervensystems eingesetzten medizintechnischen Geräte sind der Elektroenzephalograph und der Elektromyograph. Ihr jeweiliger Aufbau, ihre Funktionsweise sowie die klinisch gebräuchlichen Methoden werden In diesem Kapitel dargestellt.
