The Diluted SK Model and the K-Sat Problem

  • Chapter
Book cover Mean Field Models for Spin Glasses

Abstract

In this chapter we study in a general framework models with finite connectivity, that is, such that each spin interacts “with a finite number of other spins”. The new feature is that the central limit theorem is no longer ubiquitous, and matters become more complicated. This model is related to several famous combinatorial optimization problems.
