About this book
This text is designed for those clinicians who feel comfortable diagnosing these illnesses and wish to enhance their knowledge base and skill set regarding treatment options. Robert M. Moldwin, MD, FACS is the physician in charge of Urologic Infectious/ Inflammatory Diseases and Director of the Pelvic Pain Center at The Arthur Smith Institute for Urology of the North Shore-LIJ Health System. Dr Moldwin is also an Associate Professor of Urology at the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.
