Abstract
Immediate Expander and Implant Reconstructions post mastectomy can be challenging in patients with macromastia or ptosis due to the redundant skin envelope. A procedure has been developed SIDA (superior mastectomy flap, inferior dermal flap, anchorage of the inframammary crease) to utilize the inferior breast skin as an autogenous and vascularized ADM while placing the mastectomy scar in the fold beneath the breast.
