Abstract

This paper analyzes the structure and displacement amplification principle of the cymbal piezoelectric micro displacement actuator, researches its static and dynamic voltage-displacement characteristics through experiment, points out its voltage-displacement characteristics is hysteresis nonlinearity, analyzes the influences of the driving voltage amplitude, driving frequency and the number of driving voltage cycles on hysteresis nonlinearity characteristics, provides the basic research for improving its hysteresis nonlinearity and improving the positioning precision.
