Model of Fuzzy Estimation of Reliable Operation of Road Vehicles in the Arctic Conditions

Abstract

The development of the country’s Arctic regions is impossible without the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways. Construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways in the Arctic is significantly different from other regions of Russia. This is due to the peculiarities of the Arctic regions and, first of all, with the difficulties of implementing traditional approaches to this issue. Therefore, for the effective construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways in the Arctic, a special approach to organizing the production operation of road vehicles is needed, which should take into account the random, highly variable and unpredictable nature of the operating parameters of road vehicles when working in the Arctic zone. In this regard, the article is devoted to predicting the main operating parameters of road vehicles through the criteria for their assessment using the method of fuzzy modeling and fuzzy inference.
