Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present the development and selection of artefacts, materials, and objects related to the industrial engineering career that are part of the collection of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales (ETSII) of Madrid (Spain) and their adaptation to new technologies. Due to the characteristics of the building and the location of the pieces of the col-lection, developing an organized visit with its corresponding narrative is very complex, and an adaptation has been made to new technologies, proceeding to the creation of a virtual museum that allows the discovery, conservation and dissemination of the heritage of this engineering educational center.
